We are inviting applications for a Bank Administrator role within West London NHS Trust.  This is an excellent opportunity for experienced administrators seeking flexible working arrangements while contributing to a high-performing, patient-centred mental health service.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities (depending on band/role)

  • Coordinate and minuting of meetings, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up of actions
  • Provide administrative support to clinics, including appointment scheduling, reminders, and updating electronic patient records
  • Process Mental Health (MH) forms and maintain compliance with clinical documentation standards
  • Act as a key point of contact for staff, professionals, and patients
  • Reception cover in one of our Mental Health Inpatient Units
  • Support team workflows and contribute to service efficiency
  • Support calls coming in and out
  • Support Triage meetings
