Are you a motivated, pro-active ‘Administrator’ with experience working in NHS or healthcare setting? Are you ready to take on a new challenge, and have an interest in working within a prison setting?
We are looking for full time & part -time bank administrators to join our Primary Care & Mental Health teams across Surrey.
We are looking for Administrators with developed IT skills, training and experience in using Microsoft suite of software, that can provide meeting administration support to the healthcare senior management team and support the healthcare team with administration of procurement, complaints, internal and external appointment management, clinical record management. The successful applicants will work in a admin team under the supervision of a senior administrator. This role involves utilising your administrative skills to improve the patient’s access to clinics and our wide range of healthcare personnel. You will work support the multidisciplinary team which offers our service users primary care, social care, psycho-social interventions, enhanced care (inpatient), mental health, allied health services and emergency medical interventions providing a complete and holistic package for our patients. You will have a strong commitment to improving and maintaining data quality and excellent communications skills and work closely with healthcare and prison colleagues to facilitate appropriate access to healthcare services for all prisoners.
You will need to work flexibly to cope with peaks and troughs in demands of the service, have developed people skills, resilience and vigilance to build positive relationships with colleagues in this unique environment. You'll need to be adaptable, able to think on your feet, be polite and have a calm and caring professional manner.
