Job overview

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust has a dedicated Medical HR team that provides a comprehensive and professional service to the medical workforce and management teams across the Trust.

You will need to possess excellent administrative and IT skills, as well as excellent people and communication skills. Dealing with various enquiries both internally and externally, you will need to have a pragmatic approach to your work.

 

 

 

Main duties of the job

Medical HR Administrator - Band 4

The postholder will be responsible for providing a responsive and customer focused recruitment administration service ensuring that all recruitment processes are in line with NHS Employers NHS employment check standards and appropriate terms and conditions.

The postholder is responsible for managing all administration aspects of the recruitment and selection process.

The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
