This is a 24 hours per week position - increase in hours not available.

Are you passionate about shaping organisational culture and inspiring other to embrace change.  The role will help shape a holistic organisational development approach and support the delivery of OD programmes of work aligned to trust plans and ambitions.

The postholder will take a lead role in developing the trust wellbeing and benefits offer. 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • ·         Providing a high-level, organisational and administrative support to programmes of work to ensure effective OD delivery.
  • ·         Development, promotion and enhancement of the Trusts wellbeing and benefits offer
  • ·         Support projects focused on staff wellbeing, leadership development and change management
  • ·         Supporting the OD practitioners to identify, diagnose and plan to address OD needs to enable performance improvement, engagement and skills development
  • ·         Analyse organisational development data and feedback to identify trends and inform improvement plans.  This will include staff survey, wellbeing data and evaluation of OD interventions

  • Knowledge of a range of organisational development related topics acquired through a relevant degree or equivalent qualification/experience (or working towards).
  • Student or Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Experience

  • Experience of engaging people in effective change programmes and initiatives
  • Experience of evaluating interventions to assess impact, approaches and tools associated
  • Experience of reviewing, developing systems and processes, to increase efficiency and performance
  • Experience of using computer packages for word-processing, spreadsheets, databases and researching information
  • Work as a team member

Knowledge

  • Up to date knowledge of OD techniques and best practice methodology
  • Broad understanding of the OD agenda within the NHS
  • A good understanding of staff wellbeing, benefit, reward and recognition agendas and the retention, motivation factors associated with good programmes
  • An aptitude for and good understanding of digital approaches to improving the customer experience
  • Understanding of the Pennine Care Principles of Care
