An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to work within our Dementia and Complex care and Memory Assessment Team.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of this role is to support the clinical team with administrative duties.  Be the main point of contact for all calls into the service and signposting accordingly.  A large part of the role is to work within our Electronic Patient Record System (Paris) ensuring attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.  There is also the Bolton Council system (Liquid Logic) which is required to be used in order to help generate plans of care

Person specification

Education and Qualification

Essential criteria
  • • Ability to use Microsoft packages to a high standard.
  • • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
Desirable criteria
  • • IT related qualification.
  • • RSA . NVQ qualification.

Experience

Essential criteria
  • • Ability to liaise with multidisciplinary team and differing levels of personnel.
  • • Needs to be able to decide importance of tasks and how to tackle them.
  • • Must be able to work with colleagues, sharing workload, particularly in times of colleague absence.
  • • Working within a confidential environment.
Desirable criteria
  • • Use of office equipment
  • • Contact with service users.
  • • A patient administrative background.
  • • Knowledge of Performance and Data Quality.
  • • Experience of using Trust/Social Care systems Paris and Liquid Logic.

Knowledge
