Job overview

We are looking for someone with strong clinical leadership experience, a solid understanding of clinical psychology training, and the confidence to guide and support trainees throughout their training journey. The postholder will play a pivotal role in helping GMMH meet its responsibilities under the NHSE education agreement and in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.

If you are passionate about developing future clinical psychologists and want to make a meaningful impact on training within a large and diverse mental health Trust, we would love to hear from you.

•             Promote and maintain a positive, psychologically safe learning culture within GMMH clinical psychology training.

•             Work closely with trainees, the University of Manchester Programme team, and GMMH clinical psychologists who offer training placements.

•             Contribute to the development and coordination of highquality training experiences across the Trust.

Training, ongoing supervision, and support from senior GMMH colleagues will be provided where needed.
