Job overview
MFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients.
The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team who are based across various locations comprising of OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team our main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity
To support the EHW Service we are currently looking to recruit an Admin support member to join our team whilst completing an Apprenticeship in Level 2 or 3 Business Assistant depending on experience , you will be fully integrated within the service, working with EHW colleagues at a variety of locations across the MFT sites including, Wythenshawe, Oxford Road, North Manchester, Withington and Trafford.
Main duties of the job
Assisting with the management of the EHW generic email inbox in a timely manner and within agreed service level agreement categorising to the appropriate team.
Dealing promptly with a wide range of enquiries from internal and external customers both orally, in writing and communicating appropriately and flagging up to the line manager unresolved issues/problems as they arise.

Essential criteria
- Good standard of general education
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths or equivalent experience

- Educated to high GCSE Level
- ECDL qualification

- Computer literate; experience of Microsoft packages and databases.
