We work closely with service users, families, carers and partner agencies to deliver timely, recovery-focused care and improve outcomes.
We are looking for an organised and motivated Team Administrator to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a specialist mental health service while helping to ensure high-quality, responsive care for the people who use our services.
Main duties of the job
The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the EIP and EDIT pathways, including appointment management, minute-taking, managing referrals and correspondence, maintaining clinical systems, and supporting the coordination of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include booking appointments using the PARIS patient administration system, liaising with service users and clinicians to ensure timely access to care, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider operational needs of the team, including meeting room and stock management.
This is a part-time position (18.75 hours per week) based in Swinton. We offer a range of flexible working options, including school hours, condensed hours, and other working patterns, which can be discussed at interview.
