Job overview
At GMMH we are investing significantly into our Community Mental Health provision.
An exiting opportunity to join this friendly and welcoming community team based at Woodlands hospital in Little Hulton supporting the Memory Assessment and Treatment Service within our Later Life Services.
The Team Administrator will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the clinical team and team manager.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to the multi-disciplinary team, minute taking of meetings, typing of clinical correspondence, filing and other general administrative duties.
Main duties of the job
To arrange appointments with service users using the clinics models and to ensure all clinics have appropriate staff cover. Typing of all clinical correspondence
Coordinating and directing service user contact via telephone call, email or letter. Identifying priority contact, particularly from distressed service users or relative, informing the relevant team member for the need for urgency when appropriate.
