Job overview
We are looking for someone to join our Administration team at Manchester Foundation Trust. The post will be based in the Maternity Unit Saint Mary’s @ Wythenshawe Hospital
We work alongside the Consultants, Junior Doctors, Midwives and Community Midwives to ensure patients receive the best care possible and we are looking for someone to bring a positive approach to our working environment.
Successful candidates must have excellent IT skills and experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment as you will be expected to use IT and communication equipment associated with call handling and data input. You should demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service.
Main duties of the job
· The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration service and ensuring our patients and their relatives experience a coordinated and streamlined patient journey.
· This is a very busy role and we are therefore looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and the desire and enthusiasm to assist us in providing a first-class service.

You will also be given the opportunity to attend training courses to expand your existing skills.
