Our coaching academy is a vehicle for developing a coaching culture throughout the Trust to help develop, engage, motivate and care for our staff to deliver better patient care. It will support us to consistently have a “culture of caring” which both our staff and patients will experience.

Pharmacy Operations Manager
37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity for progression in a forward thinking department.
The candidate will be expected to organise the day to day running of the dispensary and liaise with the ward services manager to provide excellent ward based services.
Working alongside the training and education lead to provide a fully rounded training programme for students and advance role technicians and support staff.

If successful, this vacancy will require an standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary. In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
