Job overview

  • An excited opportunity has arisen for a receptionist/ clerical officer in the Cardiology Labs supporting the delivery of cardiology diagnostic services. The post holder will be based on the Aintree Hospital site.

Main duties of the job

  • To greet and book in patients attending for cardiology diagnostics including GP walk in services
  • To answer emails and telephone calls
  • Book all cardiology diagnostic tests in date and priority order 
  • To deal with queries from patients, staff and the general public 
  • Work on the reception desk and the back office

  • Computer / typing skills RSA2/equivalent
  • GCSE/Equivalent
