As a trainee clinical coder you will ideally have previous experience of working within an acute hospital environment and possess excellent IT and communication skills. Over a period of 2-3 years, you will embark on an extensive training & mentorship programme, including working towards & attaining the National Clinical Coding Qualification (ACC), to become a fully qualified Band 4 clinical coder.
