  • To provide clinical leadership and highly specialist physiotherapy advice to the spinal teams, co-ordinate CPD activities and maintain a high standard of professional and clinical practice for self and all staff in the service.
  • To act as a source of expertise on the management of spinal conditions and provide advisory service to patients, physiotherapists, other health care professionals, GP’s and Consultants.
  • Work closely with referring GP’s, providing support and acting as a triage gateway.
  • To continually monitor the quality of the service through clinical audits and utilise these to establish protocols and guidelines for development of new services.
