An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Workforce Administrator. The successful candidate will be based within the Workforce and Organisational Development (WOD) department at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Wirral.

Applications are invited from highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a genuine interest in workforce administration.
Main duties of the job
Candidates will work across the WOD function supporting a range of key workstreams. They will be a first point of contact for CCC employees and will provide comprehensive administration, co-ordination and support on all aspects of the workforce function.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate attention to detail and have excellent digital skills with a willingness to learn new systems and software.
The WOD department is a busy environment and there is a requirement to work to deadlines whilst managing frequent interruptions. An ability to work well under pressure and to organise and prioritise personal workload is essential.

Essential criteria
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Level 2 qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent) or equivalent experience
- GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C or equivalent
