We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Medical Secretary/Waiting List Supervisor to join the Cardiology Department at Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board in the Princess of Wales Hospital and Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
The successful applicant will be responsible for proving comprehensive secretarial support to the Cardiology Department and also manage the waiting list for the open access service.
This challenging position requires someone who has experience of working on their own initiative, who is a team player, organised and is able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will need to be an experienced typist, qualified to RSA Typing/Word Processing Level III (or equivalent qualification). This position also requires good communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
