An exciting opportunity has arisen for more than one experienced pharmacy technician to join the primary care medicines management team at Cwm Taf.
The successful candidates will join an established team of primary care pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in Cwm Taf.
These exciting new posts will help lead and develop primary care pharmacy technician medicines management services across the health board and help deliver safe, cost –effective medicines optimisation services.
In addition to helping the health board deliver cost savings and improving medicines safety the postholder will work with the primary care team leaders and contribute to the training and development of other primary care technicians and help with the training and development of diploma and pre-registration pharmacists.
The primary care medicines management team is both ambitious and motivated, focusing our work around the best interests of patients and continually improving the services we offer. We have a strong reputation for supporting professional development.
