An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and professional individual to develop  professionally within the  post of  Deputy Ward Manager, Band 6 on Ward D4 .  The post is a permanent 37.5 hour contract as Deputy Ward Manager

Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda is a Community Hospital situated close to Tonypandy.  the hospital supports patients with rehabilitation needs and complex discharge planning.

We are 2 minutes from Llwynypia Train Station and we offer free car parking on site.

The role:

The successful candidate will be expected to support the Ward Manager and continue with the development of nursing staff and ensure that a high level of care is delivered at times.

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate your passion and commitment to the provision of high quality patient centred care. You will be able to work as part of a large multi disciplinary team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with the ward team in a very busy and fast paced environment to deliver excellent standards of patient care.

We work closely with other organisations and are continuously looking to develop innovative, integrated and comprehensive healthcare services that support our patients. The work is varied and requires a good range of clinical skills and offers a degree of autonomy within a supportive and friendly environment.
