Job overview
This post will require you to provide day to day management of electronic rotas on a continual basis, ensuring that all staff are provided with accurate up to date duty rotas.
Main duties of the job
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 9 MONTHS DUE TO MATERNITY COVER.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all roster changes are updated in a timely manner to support the service requirement. The post holder requires a full understanding of the system from set-up, running rotas, ensuring annual leave, study leave and sickness absence is incorporated into the process thereby ensuring the efficient and effective staffing on the wards.
The post holder will provide up to date management of the rotas across the allocated wards, ensuring work is evenly distributed, accurate and timely, as well as policy compliant.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
