As a Peer Mentor Team Leader, you will be a visible, accessible and authoritative presence for Adult Mental Health care and education that reflects the Division’s priorities. As the Team Leader, you will recognise that the team’s purpose is to enable current service users to live their lives, guided by a strengths and experience based approach, in that it works with those individuals who have been relevant patients under the measure and are now in recovery or recovered. You will work closely with other staff within the Division to drive Peer Mentoring initiatives to ensure consistency and equality in Adult Mental Health services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
