Ward Manager - B4 Stroke GUH

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager to lead our dedicated nursing team in the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) at Grange University Hospital for a 14 month secondment. If you are passionate about stroke care, possess strong nursing leadership skills, and are ready for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

The Hyper Acute Stroke Unit is a 15-bed, fast-paced acute care ward that provides specialised care for patients with acute stroke. You will lead a committed team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

This post is fixed term/secondment for 14 mis to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and dynamic individual who will inspire and support our established nursing team. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative environment where patient care is always the top priority.
