We’re looking for a Lecturer Practitioner to join our Education team and play a key role in designing, delivering, and implementing innovative curricula across our Trust.
We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated professional who can bring expertise and enthusiasm to this role. You will have:

Registration as a Health Care Professional.

Proven experience in course design and delivery.
-
A background in education and curriculum design with demonstrable results.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A full UK manual driving licence with at least 1 year’s driving experience (up to 3 penalty points for minor offences may be considered).
Main duties of the job
The successful post holder will:
-
Support the design, development, and evolution of engaging educational programmes.
-
Collaborate with Lecturer Practitioners (LPs) and colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
-
Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a variety of environments.
-
Work closely with Education Managers to plan, manage, and support programmes to successful completion.

Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of courses, supporting both staff and students.
