Job overview
This role will be Sector based supporting all hubs within N&W which include Kings Lynn, Waveney and Central Norfolk. Your main responsibilities will include working with a team to look after all the administrative duties to assist in the the smooth running of the stations across the Sector.
Main duties include;

- Being the single point of contact for staff queries
- Liaising with Payroll
- Minute Taking
- Facilitating planning for staff to attend training
- Produce reports as and when required

Knowledge, Training and Experience
Essential criteria
- Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification, or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
- Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
- UK Driving Licence with access to a car.
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment.
- Awareness of a range of Health Services provisions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of NHS issues.
- Understanding of Data Protection legislation.
- Trained or willing to work towards Loggist training.
