Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a full time Senior Management Support Administrator within the Quality Team. 

The post will be providing administrative support across the Quality Team, which includes supporting activities SAF, QSR, Clinical Audit , Clinical Effectiveness and CQC. 

The role requires strong administrative experience as you will be responsible for supporting with diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports and audit work and much more.

We require an enthusiastic and passionate administrator who are able to work with a keen eye for detail and proactive mindset. 

Main duties of the job

  • Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial / administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports.
  • Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritised to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards
  • To raise agendas, take and process minutes for teams
  • Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed
  • Provide supervision and training and appraisals to administration staff as identified by line manager
  • Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or willing to work towards.
  • NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through senior level.
  • Experience at PA level

Skills

Essential criteria
  • ICT skills including Microsoft (especially word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
