Job overview

Within the Long Term, Unplanned, Community and Cancer Care directorate at Harrogate District Hospital, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community.  We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated individual to join our team on Granby Ward in the role of Ward Clerk.

This is a part time role to work on a Monday and Tuesday.

Granby Ward is a 22 bedded ward specialising in providing inpatient care for adults with stroke and neurology conditions.

Main duties of the job

The role of the Ward Clerk is fundamental to the smooth running of the ward. The post holder will be required to communicate effectively with the team as the first point of contact. The post holder will need to operate an efficient system to update our electronic patient records.

  • 3 GCSE's or equivalent including English
