Job overview

The role's primary duty is to provide administrative support for the Trust’s Occupational Health & Wellbeing service. 

 

Main duties of the job

To be the first point of contact for service users

To process appointment bookings for clients

To maintain the electronic health record system

To undertake basic screening of clinical appointments and clinical procedures

To participate in audit and reporting programmes

To process invoices & purchase orders

Essential

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE standard in English and Maths
  • Previous reception / clerical work
  • Previous experience of working with a busy reception/administrative role
  • Experience of working as part of a team
Desirable criteria
  • NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent in business administration
  • Experience within the medical or Occupational Health Sector
