We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Systems Team at Harrogate District Foundation Trust. In partnership with our chosen supplier, we have embarked on our digital excellence journey to implement an Electronic Patient System (EPR) system that will transform the quality of care for our patients and staff by having instantly accessible information using the latest mobile technology, reducing paper usage and utilising clinical decision support tools.
The Patient Systems Support will be part of a specialist team of multi skilled Digital professionals responsible for the implementation and optimisation of the new EPR as well as existing systems.
Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, providing an excellent service to our end users. This role will be both trainer and systems support in a team that provides knowledge, development and support to system users.
The successful post-holder will be based at Harrogate District Hospital and it is likely that you may sometimes work from home to support teams and systems users with various remote working solutions.
You will be able to demonstrate a defined track record of patient/clinical systems support and promoting the importance of high quality data integrity to inform effective decision making.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The Patient Systems Teams are specialist multi skilled information professionals responsible for the administration, support, management, training and further development of the Trusts Patient and Information systems, such as PCS, eRS, Ascom, Dragon Medical (Dragon Medical Workflow Manager and Dragon Medical One) Endosoft, Patientrack, EPMA (Medchart), ICE, SystmOne and WebV, used by teams across the acute and community based services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focussed individual to join the Patient Systems Team and support both business-as-usual and ongoing projects. You will provide specialist knowledge and support to system users, be committed to service delivery and continual customer focused improvement.

- Training qualification or equivalent experience of training delivery/planning
