Job overview
This is an administrative role within the North Yorkshire 0-19 Admin Team. Your duties will include providing efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19 Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team.
Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential criteria
- Maths & English GCSE level A to C ECDL or similar qualifications
- Clerical /office Experience Previous NHS Administrative experience
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working Knowledge of Internet Systems
- Excellent telephone manner
- Communication/Interpersonal Skills
- Computer/keyboard skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of a range of software programmes, understanding of medical terminology
- Previous NHS administrative experience
- Experience in using SystmOne
