•    Is committed to providing high quality, person centred care every day.

A 3-week Healthcare Academy training programme will be delivered as part of your induction. Alongside this training our Clinical Educator team in Surgery offer a comprehensive induction and you will be supported through a probationary period which is tailored to your needs, and that supports your individual requirements.
