Fixed-term: 12-months
This is an exciting opportunity to come and work in Kettering's busy audiology department comprising of 3 admin team members and 10 audiologists. We are a friendly team dedicated to providing the best hearing care for the adult and paediatric population.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day reception duties as well as providing administrative support the admin manager and deputy head of audiology.
The successful post holder will need to be able to work well under pressure and have good computer skills. They will be friendly, welcoming and empathetic with good listening skills.
Main duties of the job
To be the first point of contact for when patients attend the audiology department. To welcome patients and provide a positive first impression, enhancing patient experience.
To check in and book appointments for patients, answer telephone calls and respond the general queries, issue hearing aid batteries and spare parts for aids and assist in the general day to day running of the audiology department.

- Experience of working with the public
- Experience of previous reception front of house duties
- Experience with answering telephone calls

- Previous Experience of working with hearing impaired individuals
