Job overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ST3+ Haematology Doctor to join our dynamic and forward‑thinking Haematology Department for a fixed term 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor with prior Core Medical Training (or equivalent) who is looking to further develop their skills within a busy but supportive NHS environment.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality care across malignant and non‑malignant haematology, laboratory haematology, and inpatient and outpatient services.

- Communication: Able to communicate with clarity and intelligently in written and spoken English.
- Ability to build rapport, listen, persuade and negotiate.
- Accountability – able to take responsibility, lead, make decisions and exert authority.
- Be able to project ascetic-drainage, chest aspiration and other ward based practical necessities.
Key Competencies/Personal Qualities and Attributes

- Appreciation of research and its purpose
- Experience of teaching and training to undergraduates and junior medical staff
- Accountability – able to take responsibility, lead, make decisions and exert authority.
