Job overview
Following a recent review of the Therapies administration team, we are pleased to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated and committed Therapies Administrator Team Lead to join our progressive and forward-thinking Therapies Team.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the administration team, ensuring the provision of comprehensive administrative support while working collaboratively within the broader Therapies team.

Main duties of the job
· Providing support to the Head of Therapies and the Senior Leadership Team as required.
· Supervising administrative team members, including conducting appraisals.
· Demonstrating exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
· Overseeing the production and maintenance of training and appraisal records, Healthroster, and e-Procurement processes.
· Collating, inputting, auditing, and analysing data to produce relevant reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and documentation.
· Managing telephone enquiries from the general public.
· Effectively prioritising and completing all administrative duties for the team, such as typing, report preparation, minute-taking, telephone calls, filing, and additional tasks as needed.
Applicants should possess strong all-round administrative skills and be proficient in current MS applications, including MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. Prior experience working within the NHS and familiarity with NHS-based systems is essential.
