Therapies Team Administrator

Job overview

The Therapies team  are seeking to recruit a Team Administrator to support the Pulmonary Rehabilitation service, coordinating and arranging appointments, maintaining waiting lists and excel spreadsheets to support with the NRAP audit data collection.

This is a fixed term position until 31/03/27 with up to full-time hours available

The post holder will be qualified to diploma or NVQ level 3 (or equivalent experience) – and will be required to provide general administrative support to the Therapies teams.

Main duties of the job

You will be required to:

To provide a comprehensive general administrative service to the therapies team working as an integral member of the teams.

  • Co-ordinating and managing multiple appointments for the pulmonary rehab service
  • You will be responsible for the production and maintenance of pulmonary rehabilitation data collection and reports
  • You will be the admin point of contact for the Pulmonary Rehabilitation service
  • You will carry out administrative roles to the Therapies team as required

Including:

Completion of essential information to ensure the smooth business running of the team on a daily basis.

  • Complete all relevant databases and statistics,
  • Take telephone queries from the general public
  • Complete all admin duties for the team including typing, reports, telephone calls, E-rostering, filing, photocopying etc and any other tasks as required.

You should have excellent all round administrative skills, be familiar with all the latest MS applications including MS office, Powerpoint and Excel. Experience of working in the NHS with NHS based systems.
