Job overview

We are now looking for a Recruitment Planning Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently, helping us attract and retain talented individuals who align with our Trust's values. Supporting the recruitment specialists and recruiting managers. 

Main duties of the job

In this role, you will provide effective and efficient recruitment advice and administrative support to both managers and candidates, all while demonstrating exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of the recruitment journey, effective planning for recruitment events, accurate analytical reporting , supporting with training and managing our recruitment system effectively to support effective time to hire.

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of Trac recruitment system
  • Experienced in ESR
  • Experience in managing Conflicting workloads
  • Experience of managing end to end recruitment
  • Experience to produce and analyse statistical reports and data
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of conducting Interviews

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of NHS Employers Employment Check standards
  • Knowledge of NHS agenda for change process'
  • Knowdege of right to work & home office legislation

Skills and Abilities

Essential criteria
  • Planning and managing meetings
  • Able to provide advice to managers on recruitment best practice and provide options for recruitment activities
