Do you have what it takes to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the Broxtowe Healthy Families Team? You would be required to provide cover which, assist with local/internal projects, arrange away days, team meetings, investigations, disciplinaries including booking, production of agenda and accurate minute taking for these meetings. Ideally, you should be flexible to cover other responsibilities to meet the demands of the service.  You will be expected to be a team player. You will work under the direct supervision of the PSL and have the ability to prioritise own work within tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this post.  If you can do all of this then we would like to hear from you. Base negotiable within the Broxtowe District.

To provide admin support to the Professional Service Lead and Service Manager for the Broxtowe Healthy Families Team. 

You will be responsible for data gathering and generating monthly reports.                                                                                                                                        Clear and effective communication skills.

Ability to work without direction supervision.
Ability to communicate with clients, carers, staff and visitors in an appropriate manner.
Flexibility to cover admin colleagues.

Knowledge of Confidentiality and the Data Protection Act.
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of Equality and Diversity principles.
Experience of working with databases, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and other stand-a-lone programmes.                                                                        Ability to conduct accurate minute taking and present timely reports.

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.

You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
