Job overview
We are pleased to be offering an Assistant People Business Partner role with a focus on Organisational Change
Applicants will be dynamic and experienced Assistant People Business Partner or a Senior HR/People Advisor with significant experience in change processes.
On a day to day basis you will work closely with multidisciplinary operational team providing the expert people advise and support regarding change processes.
You will report to and be supported by the Head of People Business Partnering within this role, providing regular updates and working together to deliver people focused innovative change.

Main duties of the job
You will be able to work confidentially and autonomously within a wider operations team to deliver change projects.
This fast paced role will provide advice, guidance and practical support for a range of change projects, ensuring the application of the Trusts Organisational Change and other relevant policies.
You will have experience in supporting and undertaking both small and large scale change. This will include experience in creation of change plans, consultation processes and implementation of agreed plans.
You will have proven experience of working with senior leaders with skills in coaching and influencing, whilst providing a credible and consistent service.
This role will require you to build relationships quickly, demonstrating your ability to provide clear and robust advice and guidance regarding all matters linked to the change projects.
Working for our organisation
The post holder will undertake a mix of home and office based working, working across the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham City Hospital, Ropewalk House and the Treatment Centre as required.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Human Resources Level 7 Diploma (or equivalent), plus significant post qualification experience.
- Active member of CIPD

- Experience of designing and delivering specialist HR Training
- Experience of working in a complex fast moving, multi-professional environment
- Relevant HR experience, including the provision of giving specialist HR advice to senior managers and multi-disciplinary teams
Applicant requirements
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
