We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Surgery Division at Nottingham University Hospitals Trust as a Divisional PA. As a ‘team player’ you will be working very closely with managers and colleagues to make great things happen. You will aspire to be the best, with Customer Service at the forefront of your mind.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a high quality administration service and should demonstrate confidence and professionalism when dealing with people face to face, on the telephone, and over email.

You will need to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as being a hard working team player who works well under pressure and have an approachable manner. You must be able to multi-task and use your initiative to prioritise workloads. You will have a good command of the English language with the ability to understand and accurately convey verbal and written information and you must be well motivated and reliable. Due to the sensitivity of the role you will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality issues. 

Working days will be Wednesday, Thursday , Friday 7.5 hours each day

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
