Divisional PA

Band 4

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Surgery Division at Nottingham University Hospitals Trust as a Divisional PA. As a ‘team player’ you will be working very closely with managers and colleagues to make great things happen. You will aspire to be the best, with Customer Service at the forefront of your mind.

Being a part of Team Surgery means working in a team where we’re always looking to ‘do’ different. We encourage everyone to bring their own ideas and we believe it’s important to work hard but also to have some fun.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a high quality administration service and should demonstrate confidence and professionalism when dealing with people face to face, on the telephone, and over email.

You will need to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as being a hard working team player who works well under pressure and have an approachable manner. You must be able to multi-task and use your initiative to prioritise workloads. You will have a good command of the English language with the ability to understand and accurately convey verbal and written information and you must be well motivated and reliable. Due to the sensitivity of the role you will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality issues.

Working days will be Wednesday, Thursday , Friday 7.5 hours each day
