We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team of friendly, supportive urology consultants. The successful candidate will be expected to work with our current specialist andrology consultant to expand the service, increase capacity and look to build NUH as a major andrology hub. The urology department is keen to support taking on all aspects of andrology.
The general urology service encompasses a wide range of common benign urological practice and is provided by multiple colleagues across Nottingham City Hospital, Sherwood Forest Hospitals and the Treatment Centre at our Queen's Medical Centre site. There may also be opportunity to work at the recently renovated Newark Hospital theatre suite. Like many current colleagues there will be an expectation that the successful candidate will work across sites and Trusts based on service requirements.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Full GMC registration
- Eligible to be included on the Specialist Register
- CCT or equivalent expected within 6 months of interview date
- Evidence of Andrology Surgery as outlined in the Job Description
Desirable criteria
- Higher professional degree
Experience
Essential criteria
- Evidence of experience in the management of Andrology patients.
- Experience of andrology surgery
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
