Exciting Opportunity for a Band 7 Sonographer!

Team: A supportive team of sonographers covering general medical, obstetrics, and gynaecology ultrasound, including early pregnancy.
Specialist Roles: MSK, neonatal hips and heads, head and neck, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.
Development: We actively encourage and support role development and CPD.
We are creating a Community Diagnostic Centre at the Mansfield Community Hospital Site, and Ultrasound will be a key part of this development. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in cutting-edge diagnostic services and contribute to the growth and success of our department.

- Underpinning theory and professional knowledge acquired through diploma/degree

- Specialist expertise, underpinned by theory and practical experience acquired through diploma/degree/post graduate study.
Qualifications

- DCR ® or BSc (Hons Radiography)
- DMU or Post graduate qualification in ultrasound at M level
- Evidence of further study

- Counselling course

- This may be supplemented by short courses + CPD.

- May have to work extended days or 1-8 shifts
