What you'll do:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure a seamless patient experience by guaranteeing that all case notes are readily available for clinic appointments. Your sharp attention to detail will be put to the test as you ensure each set of notes contains all the necessary paperwork and essential correspondence. By doing so, you'll be a driving force behind the SFHT Patient Pathway, promoting efficiency and excellence in healthcare services.

This position involves regular lifting and moving of patient case notes, often in boxes weighing up to 25kg.
