Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the leadership team of a ward in Lings Bar Hospital. Are you ready to take the leap and continue your management and leadership journey? We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, flexible to the needs of the service and supportive to staff in the way they are supervised and lead. As part of the leadership team on any ward their will be elements of direct patient clinical care and a requirement to lead and support multi-disciplinary meetings to support admission, patient care and successful discharge. You will have responsibility for your own line management team, where you will gain experience in managing processes and policy's in line with the Trust values.
Main duties of the job

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
