SPA serves as the "front door" to Buckinghamshire CAMHS, so you will have excellent communication skills to liaise with parents, professionals and young people about incoming referrals.
We are passionate about delivering high quality, timely treatment and advice to young people and their families. You will gather and input data from new referrals in order to support SPA to continue to deliver and improve this care.
The team receives, at times, a high volume of requests and referrals, so a successful candidate will be solution-focused, calm, kind and responsible, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
