The Trust currently uses a range of governance, risk, compliance and information monitoring software systems. Experience of Ulysses monitoring systems is beneficial but by no means essential as full training of the system will be given to the successful applicant as part of their induction plan.
Whilst administration is a fundamental component of the post, this is also a customer facing role and communication skills are key to your success. Experience in a healthcare, sales or a training role would be an advantage for this role but is not essential. Importantly, you will emulate the Trust’s values throughout your interactions.
OUH Cowley, at Unipart, is our base, however hybrid/remote and flexible working options may be provided to suit the needs of the successful candidate. At OUH Cowley we offer great facilities for our staff including the art room restaurant, a café, free car parking, all on site.
