We are looking for 3 Integrated Mental Health Hub Clinicians who are experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions in a community setting, with a passion for partnership approaches to care for adults living with serious mental illness.
These roles need people who are innovative and want to help achieve our vision for cross-sector integrated pathways, removing existing barriers, to deliver better access to dedicated mental health support in local, non-stigmatised community settings.

As part of our services across Oxfordshire, we are implementing Primary Care Mental Health hubs to support GP practices with Mental Health assessment and support for patients in their communities.
We have created new and exciting posts, all within each of the three City & NE Primary Care Mental Health Teams (PCMHTs) covering Blackbird Leys and East Oxford, City Central, both PCMHTs will be based within the Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub being developed on Cowley Road and the City North & North East PCMHT, which will be based with in the Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub in Kidlington.

- Post graduate education specifically relating to client group
Experience

- Community experience in mental health services for adults and older age adults with severe / significant mental illness

- Experience of working in primary and secondary mental health services.
Knowledge

- Specialist knowledge of person-centred care and its application.
- Specialist knowledge of psychosocial interventions and their appropriate use
- Understanding of the mental health needs of adults.

- Specialist knowledge relating to MH needs of young adults age 18-25 and to the needs of those diagnosed with, or with presenting traits of, personality disorder
