Job overview
The Education and Training Team have a vacancy for an administrator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term/secondment basis. Both internal and External Candidates can apply.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and caring team delivering high standard training and assessing to all existing and new staff for the blood collection teams as an All Wales service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder must have excellent interpersonal skills, value the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity for all members of staff.
The successful applicant must provide comprehensive administrative support to the Collection Education and Practice Development department using a variety of word processing packages and other computer programmes.
The post holder must facilitate training activities when required, prepare training material and maintain training records of clinical staff using the Training Database and other filing systems. The post holder should also be proficient in data collation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
