Job overview
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cardiac Rehabilitation team, ensuring efficient coordination of patient appointments and accurate maintenance of records.
Main duties of the job
This role involves managing telephone and face-to-face appointments for various phases of cardiac rehabilitation, liaising with clinical staff, processing referrals, and maintaining confidentiality at all times. The post holder will play a key role in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey and ensuring smooth communication between patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
