Job overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic team player with proven administrative skills. You need to be flexible and reliable to provide efficient and effective Admin duties supporting the multi-disciplinary team on William Budd  Ward and CNS team.  We are seeking confident individuals with excellent communication skills and a professional, tactful and diplomatic approach to work within our busy department.

This is a demanding but interesting and varied role. The successful candidate must possess the ability to work as part of a team and the initiative to work unsupervised as necessary. An understanding of confidentiality is essential as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You must be educated to a GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent experience) and have experience working in an admin environment.

Previous hospital experience including knowledge of Millennium would be desirable. Effective communication skills and excellent keyboard skills are also essential. Full training for this post will be provided.

We are looking to recruit to cover Monday to Friday 8am-4pm as well as covering some twilight and weekend shifts.

To provide an efficient and professional reception and clerical service which gives confidence to patients and their relatives.
