Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for hepatology nursing?

We are currently seeking a nurse to work join our liver nursing team  support patients often with chronic illness. 

Your key responsibilities will include delivering innovative ways of working to enhance the hepatology patient experience. You will lead nurse-led clinics, collaborate on hepatology and community services, and work in partnership with the South West Hepatology Network.

As a hepatology specialist nurse, you will bring your expertise to the forefront, ensuring successful ways of working with a primary focus on patient quality, experience, and engagement to guide our patients throughout their care pathway journey.

 

Main duties of the job

As a specialist heaptology nurse, you will collaborate with the hepatology clinical team, offering  clinical expertise and compassionate care within our service. Your role will be pivotal in providing  high-quality care delivery alongside the multi-disciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will extend to supporting the development of the service and nursing-led pathways. By working closely and collaboratively with the Matron, Consultant Team, and Service Manager, you will contribute to achieving the Trust's targets.
