Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, organised, self-motivated PA to provide PA and co-ordination services to the South Yorkshire Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism (MHLDA) Provider Collaborative.  This is an exciting post which gives the opportunity to work with the Managing Director and the programme management team to support the development of the Provider Collaborative.  We are looking for someone who is organised and a great communicator with broad IT skills and the energy and drive for change based initiative to work alongside us to help to make the Collaborative work successful.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours), providing a full PA service and working as a member of the RDaSH Corporate Exec Admin team.

Main duties of the job

To provide a full and comprehensive PA support service to identified Executive Management Team (MHLDA) to support their relevant responsibilities ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and sensitivity to the highest standards always.

To build and maintain strong working relationships with Exec PAs in other Mental Health Trusts which might require work from different sites on occasion.

To support the development of digital structures to enable the sharing of documentation and management of information and communications across multiple organisations.

To organise workshops and events from start to finish, attending where required.

To provide project support to the team.

To work as an integral part of the RDaSH Executive Admin Team to ensure PA support processes and procedures are supported in the most efficient, effective and consistent way.

Essential criteria
  • GCSE Maths and English (pass)
  • RSA III or IV, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • 5+ years working at Senior Level

  • NHS experience desirable
